Author Guidelines

 

Manuscript Formatting Guidelines

1. Title, Authorship and Abstract Information

1.1 Title

The title should be short, clear, and discipline-appropriate, reflecting the core focus of the study. The Editorial Board reserves the right to revise titles for clarity.

1.2 Author and Affiliation Details

Include the following for each author: full name, designation, department and institution, institutional address, email address, and phone/mobile number. One author must be clearly designated as the Corresponding Author. Author names must not appear anywhere in the main manuscript body.

1.3 Abstract and Keywords

The abstract must not exceed 150 words and should clearly address the purpose, design/method/approach, major findings, and contribution of the study. Include 3 to 5 keywords.


2. General Manuscript Structure

1. Introduction — Background and context, statement of the problem, research gap, research motivation and significance, and contributions to the field.

2. Literature Review / Theoretical Background — Review of relevant past studies, key theories, frameworks, or prior models, and identification of inconsistencies or gaps in existing literature.

3. Research Objectives / Research Questions / Hypotheses — State the research objectives, research questions, and hypotheses where applicable depending on the discipline.

4. Methodology / Materials and Methods — Research design, data sources, study area/population/specimen (if applicable), sampling or selection procedures, variables/indicators/constructs, tools/instruments/equipment, statistical/qualitative/experimental methods, and models or algorithms used.

5. Results / Findings / Analysis — Depending on the discipline, this section may include data analysis, experimental results, simulation outputs, thematic analysis, model estimation, and supporting tables, charts, and figures (black and white only).

6. Discussion — Interpretation of results, comparison with prior research, and explanation of unexpected findings.

7. Implications / Applications — Policy, managerial/industry, societal, technological/scientific, and practical real-world implications and contributions.

8. Conclusion — Summary of key findings, contributions to knowledge, limitations, and recommendations for future research.


3. References

References must follow APA (latest edition). All in-text citations must appear in the reference list and vice versa.

4. Appendices

Include questionnaires, equations, datasets, models, program code summaries, or other supplementary material as needed.

5. Acknowledgement (Optional)

Recognise contributors, funding bodies, or supporting institutions.


6. Formatting Instructions

Page Layout — A4 paper size, 1-inch margins on all sides.

Layout — Double-column format with 0.25-inch column spacing. Sections, figures, and tables must be numbered consistently throughout.

Font and Spacing — Times New Roman, 12pt, 1.5 line spacing, justified paragraph alignment. Page numbers must be included.

Tables and Figures — Black and white only. Number sequentially (Table 1, Figure 1, etc.). Place the title above and the source below each table or figure. Position near relevant text.

Length — Maximum 15 pages (5,000–6,000 words), inclusive of references, appendices, and figures and tables.

File Format — Submit in MS Word format (DOC or DOCX only).

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
